Do You Include Your Hands and Nails in Your Skincare Routine?

People indeed notice your face first. Hence, you can be more conscious about maintaining a youthful appearance like other women whose skincare routine revolves around face washes, cleansers, creams, lotions, serums, masks, and more.

But shouldn’t you equally care for your hands and nails? Hands are typically the first body part to develop signs of aging due to exposure to UV rays, chemicals (nail paints), highly alkaline soaps, etc.

They become dry and damaged. Look at your hand and nail now. How are they? Luckily, you get many anti-aging skincare products on the market that can easily handle the issue of cracked, chapped, and dry skin and nails without costing a fortune.

If your hands have lost their vibrant texture, tone, and feel, or you want to protect them without further delay, search for a good anti aging hand cream.

A reliable cream can lend a therapeutic touch to the skin and nails to revive them.

    • Why do you need a hand cream?

Moisture loss is one of the predominant factors behind your hands and nails’ tired and aged look. You can restore them with an anti-aging cream that comforts them while increasing their softness and firmness. Emollients like coconut oil and shea butter contain nourishing properties.

They also balance the skin’s pH levels, keeping it hydrated. Using a generous amount of the cream every day will benefit you more. Your hands and nails will feel protected from harsh chemicals and sun rays.

    • How should you apply hand cream?

Winter and summer weather tends to be more harmful to your hands. Dryness can be felt more during these seasons. People with specific medical conditions may, too, suffer. Dryness can increase if your handwash and other products contain excess chemicals.

A beauty routine with proper hand and nail care can fight the challenges of faded nails, peeling cuticles, and itchy hands. After bathing, moisturize your hands properly by gently massaging the solution into nails and cuticles.

Before going to bed, you can again clean your hands and nails thoroughly and apply the moisturizing cream so that they feel soft and hydrated in the morning. However, moisturizers must always be easily accessible to help skin and nails stay hydrated.

Daily practice will make your skin glow with a smooth texture. Pick an anti-aging cream that contains only safe ingredients.

    • A few hand cream application points

Any composition that has an oil and butter combination can be reliable. Please read the entire content of the ingredients to understand their effects.

As mentioned, applying it twice daily is necessary – once after showering and then at bedtime. A good cream will require rubbing only a tiny dollop of it. Rub it between your palms and smoothly spread it to the hand.

The sight of brittle nails, flaky cuticles, and dry hands can add to an aging look, no matter how well-maintained the face is. Those who admire your beauty after seeing your face may regret complimenting it if they notice your unkempt hands and nails.

So, please include this body part in your grooming regimen for a well-rounded experience.
